What belongs in the comparison
We look for official documentation describing an employee-associated source-monitoring or recurring social-screening workflow. Candidate research is addressed separately on the pre-employment page so its point-in-time purpose remains clear.
The site concentrates on public publications and profile activity. Products whose documented purpose is unrelated to those events do not satisfy that inclusion brief merely because they use the word “monitoring.”
The comparison criteria
| Criterion | What we examine |
|---|---|
| Source scope | Confirmed accounts, public sources and relevant limitations |
| Event types | Posts, reposts, comments and specific profile fields |
| Timing | Collection schedule and notification rules |
| Evidence | Source links, observations, history and export options |
| Review | Identity checks, context, correction and escalation |
| Commercial fit | Defined quote scope and buying route |
How we use sources
Provider pages and setup documentation support statements about a named service. Official public bodies support legal and governance references. Our buying checklists are practical evaluation suggestions; they are not claims that every listed product includes every requested feature.
When a source does not establish a particular capability, we identify it as a demo question. A missing statement in public documentation does not prove that the capability is unavailable; it means the comparison does not have enough evidence to confirm it.
How to read recommendations
A workflow recommendation explains the task a service appears suited to based on the cited material. It does not establish universal suitability for every employer, platform or jurisdiction. Read the profile’s scope questions together with its stated capabilities.
We do not turn a vendor’s compliance wording into an independent legal assurance. The actual employment-use process needs review for the organization’s circumstances.
Updates and corrections
Documentation was reviewed on October 21, 2026. Future revisions should record what changed, the supporting source and the affected comparison field. An update should also check linked guides and structured data so the page and its metadata remain consistent.
A factual correction should identify the page URL, exact statement and authoritative supporting link. Pricing changes should identify the plan, currency and effective date.
